Beacon Farms: The Movie
“Beacon Farms: The Movie” is a documentary which follows the trials and tribulations of an experimental farm based in North Side, Grand Cayman which employs people in recovery from substance abuse. The film follows the team for three years as they learn new skills, experiment with innovative farming techniques and rebuild their lives as they break new ground in agriculture in the Cayman Islands.
The film tells our compelling story of hope and redemption, and how Beacon Farms is changing the face of large-scale agriculture in our tiny island nation. The partnership between Beacon Farms and Cayman Cigar Company is reflected in the film, showcasing the synergy in tobacco production and our own handmade cigars.
